Hailing from Arlyberd, Oliver is an always on time Chubbicorn. They always wear their cap as a special symbol for their hero, the United States Postal Service. Ever since Oliver was first adopted, they've had a rare and powerful ability to never be late. Maybe one day it'll help them finally achieve their lifelong dream of defeating those that are tardy.
